Transfer sterile sclerotia tissue to agar, then when you have colonized agar, you have 2 options:
- liquid culture or
- grain spawn
Then when you have either of those, you can transfer this to:
- rye grass seed (100 g rgs + 150 g water per 720 ml jar) or
- rye (150g rye + 160 g water per 720 ml jar)
And, you can use either jars with polyfil filter, or plastic spawn bags.
