Hello Anno,

How long could I leave my jars in the incubator after they were 100% colonized? For instance, if I wasn't ready to birth them yet because of extraneous circumstances .... would they be ok?

I would definitely turn the heater off after they are fully colonized. They can sit for 1-2 weeks in the dark after they are fully colonized, but without heat. The "worst" thing that can happen is that they begin to pin in vitro.
