--- I guess as a NEWBIE  I started doing tubs the wrong way and I have had great results. I am just now starting to do them the correct way (casing). So to answer your question it was a mix of the dumb ass and the good results swayed me to stay hard headed.

Is that cotton in your fc? will that bring up your humidity? 

---- It is Polyfil and is used to allow FAE and keep out contams. Cotton is not recommended.

MS inocc. Equador in a tub. Not the most even pin set but the flush might be huge. Looks like some nice sized fruits to come. Popcorn with a coir/verm 60-40. I will follow up later.

   Well i made two tubs at the same time. The "chip coir" seems to be colonizing faster. i will follow up with some pics and fruiting results. They are both a Meza clone with pop corn. Damn i wish this darn quart of LC Meza would hurry up and get empty, same strain blues!!!

I find the best way to get spores is to go outside and ball up a nice peice of dog poo, use gloves of course. Creat a "donut" shape and place it around your shrooms before the veil breaks. The poo will suck the spores off the cap very well. Place these in Pf style jars and wait!!!!

IMO those cakes dont look fully comlonized...I could be wrong so it is just my opinion. Did you dunk and roll them?

I visited my local Hydro Supply store today and they have a new kind of Coir called Coco Coir Chips. It looks more like chunks of mulch instead of the regular fine grade coir. Has anyone ever used this with good reults?

My growing partner jusy flushed 44 g's off of a 11 x 9 casing. Is  that pretty good? Golden teacher strain?

22 gallon about 7 or 8 quarts of WBS / Pop Corninnoc. with LC with a coir  verm 60/40 casing
