Ok so I cannot drive so it is harder for me to go around to get supplies. Right now for one of my things I have a 18x18 Rubbermaid type thing, i only have 2 cakes in that one and I dont have any Perlite, I have been using hot paper towels to try and keep the humidity changing them when i change the air. I will get perlite asap but will this be ok for now?

Hot steam of any kind is a breeding ground for contams.
thats a bad idea bro.
you should get perlite today if you can,and get rid of the "hot" paper towel idea,you are increasing your chances of contam 10 fold.
If you have a Kaz Impaler cool mist humidifier that will be your best bet.
But I would get the perlite today if at all possible.
