while using polifill to get gas exchange 4 out 8 of my half pint B+ mason jars got contaminated. Any help of how to lessen the chances of contamination?
I drill a quater inch hole in the lid, epoxy a piece of a good quality dust mask over the hole, and use a glove box for any sterile work....conibear....
i allready made normal jars without a filter...
how can i help the gas exchange?
