ok, here is a thought. it seems that casing produces better yields. i have some cakes that i have just pulled the 1st flush. can i dunk them, then crumble and case at this point? this is my last batch of cakes. i have moved on to the wonderful world of popcorn. but i was just hoping to squeeze a little more out of my cakes. any thoughts???
I'm sure you could do it if you wanted to without issue if you are clean. I had a couple of P.E. cakes that just didn't produce much on the first flush, so I cased them and am waiting on results. Other cakes that I cased I just did it from the get go.
I too have moved on to grains. WBS colonizes really fast!
yeah, it should be no problem..
Fungiguy,
Do it! The sooner, the better,.......
