Just so your clear, DO NOT pressure cook your spore syringe....that is unless.....you want to kill em.

DANMIT... thats y my ffin jars wont colinize, i pc my danm spore syringes (all nighter just came home, exuse my humor...some people take offense lol :rolleyes:) :wacko:

Your fine,    oh man that sux bigtime!!  I just came to the conclusion that the syringe would melt under the intense heat but had absolutely no idea that the heat would also kill them.  How long ago did you inoculate your jars?

I did mine on the 4th of January and mine are all in the FC all 48 lol So mine didn't take long but I also built a Incubator setup.

Do you have any Myc yet?  It took mine about a month to start to REALLY colonize and that was in an incubator heated to between 75 and 85 degrees because it fluctuates.

Yes I meant mine are fully colonized and in the Fruiting Chambers and I just picked first flush today.
