what do u do with the cakes/casings after they do not produce anymore? can u maybye make tea??

  I broadcast, (spawn) them to a compost/hay mix outdoors in the garden.  Trust me, unless you have let them dry up,.......  There's more life in those cakes!

I wouldn't eat those, they are made with verm. That's probably not something that you would want to ingest.

Hey, remember when you were a kid and you were told Not to eat dirt,....or stones??  Same shit!  Different reasons!
