When using a 2-3lb bulk substrate mix how many syringes should be used.
I only used 3 cc's for 3lbs.
I'm sure that opinions will vary on this.
You have to remember not to increase the moisture content of your medium.
I would suggest no more than 4 cc's

can adding only 3cc's make that much of a difference in the bulk substrate...if so, does this make for a harder growing medium.. am i understanding you right?
i was reading on some other forums that this is a great way to insure a comtam free space for you growing without the use of hepa filters and you can get a way with more in the inoculation possess.
