Inoculated jars on 10/26 when the jars were still warm. Patience, Patience, Patience. STRIKE ONE. Inoculated second set of jars on 10/30 and came up with a bright idea to place small space heater in grow box which is about 3' deep 6' tall and 4' wide. Dried up cakes produce nothing. STRIKE TWO. Have ordered more spores and try again. Lessons learned... :angry: :angry: :angry:
You don't have to add any heat during colonization.
If your house stays 70 - 74 degrees they will colonize just fine at those temps. -_-
