Its not grains its the cakes
Trying grain to grains with rice cakes is pretty hard because they are more vulnarable to contams. I did it once way back in the day and heres how, spray the entire room down with oust and I mean the entire room. Disinfect every area at the work station, I take it you don't have an air filter so do what you can to cut off any air circulation. Spray is down with oust a couple more times so you are more than sure that the room is contam free. Use alcahol wipes and wipe down a spoon. Scoop out the colonized cake peice by peice putting them into the un-colonized jars. N thats it in simpleist form I guess, i think i remember 4 out of 16 getting contamed but thats because I got careless.
