Title: casing query
Post by: Dr.McNinja on August 22, 2009, 07:55:55 PM
ok so i tried the search bar and nothing really ansered this question.
i'm planning on 60/40 coir verm casing my cakes.  but locally i can only get the coir in a brick with fibers mixed in as well.  will this work?  or would the fibers be no bueno?

is sounds ok. they have the finer stuff and then the more coarser ground almost mulch-like coir fiber. you want the finer stuff so they'll pop through. just don't swamp it when you hydrate
