pf tek and .5-1cc for 1/2 pint jars what kinda weight in dried mushies are we talking about OZ (know it will not be an OZ a jar but about to try this soon just wondering what to shoot for)
and what about ust getting biger jars and uping the CC or most just use smaller jars so if something gos wrong u don't loose all that much?

the bigger jars get problems with the air exchange and colonize much slower.
