I'm tryin to grow shrooms and have no idea where to even start. Could you explain to me how to do it? what is the very first thing you do? I watched a video that was called growing mushrooms from spores and it said the first step was to pour water over vermiculite, then they started going over all the steps and i understood everything untill the spore syringe part? What is a spore syringe? What is in the spore syringe?
