Hi there bigfatmouthj .. haven't had a chance to welcome you to the forum .. welcome.  IMO thats a cute little shroom there, looks good to me.  As for the greenish/blueish look you can always do the Q-tip test....take a Q-tip and lightly wet it, lightly rub it against the spot in question, if the spot comes off on the Q-tip it is mold, if not it's just bruising. GL

lun0s, 30 may be to high.. i think 26 to 28 celsius is about right...

moorhs, the tropic-aire will definitely help. it also sounds like you need to plug some holes... for BRF cakes you need the RH to be 99%.. also you don't want that perlite to be too wet.. when the perlite is to wet the water won't evaporate, thus low RH...
as for fanning, it can't hurt. if you are running the tropic-aire you don't need to fan.

IMO as long as you are doing this hobby for your own enjoyment you should be ok..
but keep in mind big brother is always watching... its just that his plate is so full right now, unless you are being really stupid, he won't fuck with you...

if your lucky you could get some fruits as tall as 10 inchs... but on cakes, (1st time grow) be happy if you get 3 to 6 inch fruits. 
so you should start with a 54qt container or 20 to 30 gal tank...G/L and put up pics!!!

moorhs, a 60 gal air pump should work. you will have to get a regulator valve assy..
so you can control air flow... for the most part you will have to play with it to get conditions right....
perlite is fine, i use geolite mainly because there is a hydro store 1 block away from my house, and IMO it easier to work with..

this is mine,i turn it up on its side. i keep it running all the time on low. then turn it up to high when i work..

BTW, that last jar is brown rice, popcorn and millet mix. its looking good so far....
