Thanks Again Mogrow! ive been keeping an eye on them and they seem to be fine, very white and rhizomorphic now that they've reached full colonization. This being my first grow and all I think Im just getting paranoid as I really want this all to go well. Im going to do my first grow log here soon.

Nevermind yall I researched a lil more and I found my own answer

so when my myc started to mature a bit and colonize the majority of the sub I started to see hella condensation on the jar, inbetween it and the myc. is this ok? some spots seem pretty wet but the myc is still growin fast. is it bacteria? its not colored at all but one spot looks kinda jell like, not to much but jus a lil. the only thing I can think it may be is brf that was on the glass that the myc is eating, thus making it more clear and gel like. idk anything tho im very very new to this and that's why I wanna know...WTF is goin on. im prolly getting worked up of water tho lol

so how well do my fruits need to get light? what I mean is do I need to go out and get some fancy t5 florescent plant light or is my fc just sittim in my room soakin up the indirect sun light good enough?

Word man! thanks for bein so helpful, yah I just started with PF jars but I been doin a lot of research and I think im gonna get a PC and do monotub after im done with this grow, yah ill have to invest in some agar and petre dishes. one question tho : when using agar how sterile does the room I handle it in need to be? I know that everything needs to be sterile but what I mean is can I do it in a room that I cleaned or do I have to have an actual science lab like sterile room?

so I got my first grow started ( 8 pf tek style jars all at about 60% colonized) and ive been reading that you can take your best fruit(s) with the most desirable traits and clone them so that grows using the clone(s) will all have the desired traits? I was just curious to know if you can clone using the pf tek method? I really wanna try and clone any good fruits that come out of this batch so I can try and get a more consistent grow in the future thanks

  so this is my first time grow and I started some Mazatepec and Pink buffalos, Its been about 1 week since inoculation and I have healthy mycelium growth on all 8 jars that a started. The weird thing is is that the Maz is deff beating the PB in colonization time? this confuses me cus I thought (from what ive read) that PB was supposed to be an exceptionally fast colonizer! How long should I let these babys consolidate before birthing, most of them are at about 40% done so I got a bit to wait but I heard you have to let them consolidate the substrate before Birthing. ima try and upload a few pics of my first grow here soon! oh and how well does just a simple fruiting chamber with a plastic storage bin and perlite in the bottom work? anything I should do to get a lil more out of it cus its the only method I can reach right now
