Help. Things missing from video.

No doubt, i loved the video, one of the bests i could find.
However, I womdering about a few details that were left out:
- what is "the required amount of vermiculite"
- How much flour should i add?
- likewise brown rice
- Am i filling the jars (up to a .5inch) with WET vermiculite, then the last half inch with DRY vermiculite?
- How much water should i add to the pressure cooker?
- How hot should i put the stove for the the pressure cooker?
-  How much of a 10cc syringde should i inject per each innoculation (four innoculations per jar)

And Lastly. is there anyway (after germanation) to grow either outside, or continue the growth in jars. no tub or anything needed?
